1. Do some research
Before attend the interview, it’s better to us to do some research about the details of the company. We should know about the organization of company, the current issues and other related information about that company. It is important to us because it will help us to answer the question during the interview.
2. Initial preparation
The early preparation before attend the interview such as come to the interview on time, provide the resume, bring the file which content the important documents like IC, birth certificate, licenses, examination result and all of the certificate that you get.
3. Dress code
The dressing or the way we dress is very important because it be a symbol of our image and the first impression when other people look at us. The good image is helps us to built more confident during the interview. The dress code for man is they must to wear the tidy clothes like long sleeve shirt (the plain color), slack, and closed shoes with socks. For woman, they must wear the polite clothes and also wear the closed shoes. It’s better if they wear the blazer so that look tidy.
4. Entered the interview room
Enter politely the room with knocked on the door first. After entered the room, make sure you close the door with carefully and give the greeting to the interviewer.

During the interview
Answer the questions calmly and confident. Don’t nervous. Talk with low tone and clearly when answering the questions and more concentrate during the interviewer ask the questions.
6. Focus on the need of the company
Do not state the reason that you want to work with the company is for lucrative pay package @ a lot of interest. Remember, you're marketing yourself. You should talk about what you can give and contribute to the company and not vice versa. Ask some question to showed that you are very interest to the positions that the company offered to you.
7. After finish the interview
After complete the interview, please say thank you to the interviewer. When want to exit the room, make sure do it carefully and avoid the seats that can produce interesting sounds. Move slowly and carefully towards the door, open and close the door carefully.
8. Outside the interview room
Get back the original documents that could have been delivered to staff on duty. Prevent talking with friends outside the interview room because it will bothering the others interview.
